Restaurante Akvavit (Edf. Vilamarina, Loja 4, Marina de Vilamoura) – located 30 minutes west of Faro (via Route N125), this restaurant is already a hit among its patrons, due to its ideal locations within a popular marina in the heart of the Algarve. It serves a mix of Swedish specialties (such as Toast Skagen, and Gravad Lax) and classic Portuguese chicken, pork and lamb dishes, as well as seafood plates. There are also Akvavit’s clams in garlic and coriander, “cataplana” and “caldeirada”, and classic creamy duck rice.
